At MVC, the staff and nurses were caring, patient, very informative and professional. We had a bit of a delay because the doctor was held up in beltway traffic. The doctor and nurses asked questions and listened to our concerns about his health and the painful other experience. They patiently explained the health issues and the procedure in language we could understand. My brother was quite satisfied with the procedure this time and was in much better spirits when we left.
