  DO NOT use their pharmacy to maintain your medications. They are always apologetic and never proactive and the result is the patients needs not being met. I am highly upset with a recent mistake — after my husband showed up to pick up my meds, he was told it was not in stock. An hour later they called and said they made a mistake and that it was available for pick up. One hour before I was leaving for a flight mind you. I traveled without and assumed when I returned, I would pick up the meds. I received two calls saying I could pick up. To make matters worst, I arrive 7 9 days later and I am told by the pharmacist that my original medication was not available in ANY GIant and that I would need to pay 3xs the amount for another brand. NONE OF THIS WAS COMMUNICATED TO ME IN EITHER OF THE CALLS that were made to me. Mind you, I’m almost 2 weeks without my medication. Communication is terrible. Customer support non existent. I will not continue to put up with this abuse.

  En esta area es importante que hablen español....no lo digo por mi pero a veces eh visto señores u señoras que no entienden en ingles lo que les dicen los despachodores de medicina

  Manager changed my birthday in their system to prevent me from being able to pick up prescriptions. He also told me that a script that my doctor called in was never filled, then immediately afterward said it was but that I cannot have it. Do these people realize that their malicious incompetence could literally cause someone to experience a serious medical emergency or even die???
