  This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had at this location. My family and I have been loyal customers for well over 10 years and have always received outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, today’s visit was a complete exception. I came in hoping to get a replacement frame for my glasses, which were lost during a trip two weeks ago. Fortunately, I had previously ordered new lenses a few months ago, although I had not yet picked them up. My goal was simply to find a compatible frame so the lenses could be installed and I would have a pair of glasses to use right away. I was assisted by an employee named Tamera, and the experience was extremely disappointing. She came across as condescending, had a negative attitude throughout the interaction, and displayed unfriendly facial expressions that made me feel unwelcome. I felt more of a bother to her rather than getting the help that I needed. Customer service is just as important as the products a business provides, and every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. After more than a decade of loyalty, I never expected to be treated this way. Employees like Tamera can quickly drive away long-standing, loyal customers. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter and reinforces the importance of professionalism, kindness, and respectful customer service so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

  Excellent store. The two gentlemen working today went way out of their way to fix my glasses and help me buy a suitable frame. Excellent service. Highly recommended!!!
