My first and only Pilates experience has been at the Severna Park Club Pilates location. The facility is so clean and well-kept. The instructors are encouraging, well-educated, and truly know how to read the room. Some of my favorite classes are with Khadijah, Nylaya, Ebony, and Jazmyne. You are bound to get a great work out with these ladies!
The Severna park studio is wonderful! It is the first studio I went to and signed up immediately because I have loved it ever since my intro class and I recently passed my 1,000 class! I started at this studio and then I went to the all access pass because I like to go 3 times per week, it helps me to be strong, focus, and overall feel great and strong! The mind body connection is important and it keeps me healthy!

I love Pilates! So happy to have awesome instructors who push me to do the best I can-this is a wonderful process in my journey to heal my body! I absolutely love-love-love it! Especially the leg circles!
I have waited a bit to leave a review because I wanted to make sure it was helpful. The intro class to test out the equipment and try out the studio/ Pilates was fine. Feels like a sales pitch because it is. Of course they want you to sign up. But they also take the time to go over your fitness goals and get to know you. It does feel like a neighborhood club. Very personal. And you’ll need what you learned about handling the equipment for class.
I did pull the trigger and signed up for 8 classes a month. As far as the classes themselves-LOVE my instructor Jazmyne. She knows how to modify for me (lower back issues) when needed, doesn’t make it a big thing, and knows when to push you too so you can get those gains! I’m 7 classes in, haven’t missed one, and look forward to class even though I am so not a morning person.
As a metastatic breast cancer warrior I am so thankful to have found an exercise club that can meet me where I am at and honestly feel so much better on days I have class and have moved my body.
If you’re thinking about Pilates, just do it. Join the Club. See you there!
