  From the very beginning, the front office lady was abrupt and rude to me and other patients. She received a couple of phone calls and was unpleasant to the people calling. After hanging up, she discussed and complained about the call to other staff so that the people in the waiting room could hear the conversation. Then when I went in the back the dental assistant was cold and unfriendly. I am EXTREMELY afraid of dentist and dental procedures, so this did not make me feel any better. Instead of being compassionate it was very matter of fact all business attitude. When it was time to take out my wisdom teeth, he came in introduced himself and went to work. The whole experience was awful and would never recommend anyone to go there.

  I agree with ALL the reviews about the receptionist and office help . They are beyond Rude . Being a cancer survivor , I went to Dr. Ascher because I had concerns that perhaps the cancer had returned. He said that he had no idea and referred me back to Dr . Lubek. For that I was charged $129.00 ? I feel that my money should be returned . It's the right thing to do.

  The nurses and doctor were nice. Wisdom tooth extraction was done in about 20mins

  Called to ask for a phone number to help my mother in law schedule an appointment for a referral that came from this office. Was cut off immediately by “Liz” the apparent office manager saying she couldn’t give information about a patient. I explained I wasn’t asking for any patient information but merely a direct phone number to a public institution. She rudely said they already have all the information and she refused to be of any assistance. Very combative and rude from the second she got on the phone. Sorry you’re having a miserable life Liz, try being a little kinder to people and you may actually get better interactions with them.

  The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help multiple people in the waiting room fill out their forms and was very polite the entire time. She even complimented my sweater. Ignore reviews saying otherwise! Everything else was easy and went well with no issues and short wait times.
