Called the office and explained that my insurance was expiring the same day. They not only worked me but made sure I felt welcome and not like an imposition to their day. She made feel rushed, and tried to make me feel like I inconvenienced her for asking questions. I have been dealing with issues with my eyes- and have gotten consistent reports from every doctor until I saw this doctor and she made it insignificant and acted like I was wasting her time asking questions. She did not explain what exam she was doing (reading or distance) and when I stated it wasn’t very clear she said “it doesn't matter” we’ll see how my glasses turn out. I have heard excellent things about Dr. Holloway, so if necessary I will schedule with him and update my review
