  This was my second time using Eyemart Express because I was so shocked the first time to get my glasses within an hour. Admittedly, I don’t keep up with my exams and I’m pretty rough on my glasses so when I finally go to buy new ones, I’m generally pretty desperate and my glasses are falling apart. I had wonderful help choosing new frames, and went with their AWESOME deal for a second set to change into sunglasses. I was disappointed to find out their machine was down and I likely wouldn’t have my glasses for a few days and was chit chatting explaining that mine were broken. (Not angry, machines break, what can we do.) Not only did they find a way to get me my new glasses within 1-2 hours, but when they didn’t have the correct lenses for the frame shape I chose they finessed a way to get me glasses to make do for about 1-2 weeks at which time they’ll replace my lenses properly. I mean, just top tier customer service all around. These ladies made miracles for me and I couldn’t be more grateful.

  I called Davis Vision ahead of going to see what my coverage would be They said your coverage is up to $160 for the frames and little or no charge for the progressive lens without upgrades. I arrive at their at their store at 9 am The representatives helps me pick out the frames and I tell her I want no upgrades on the lenses She says should be ready in 1 hr She says they need an extra 1 and 1/2 hrs because of problems they are having with the machine I agree and come back after 2 1/2 hrs . Still machine problems and I am asked to come back in 45 minutes I come back and machine is still broken and I am told the person who can fix it is on vacation for one week. I ask for a refund and cancel the order then drive back 45 minutes to home . They ask me if I would accept loaner glasses Upon arriving home I get a call from the lab saying your glasses are complete would you like to pick them up Taking a look at my invoice at home I find that my invoice for $69.00 is for upgraded lens. Since I also work I wish these people would respect other peoples time and be more conserned about the customer I will not visit this business again because of their lack of customer servce

  After destroying a pair of glasses in a lawn mower incident, we were fortunate enough to find Eyemart Express. Got a new pair of Progressive lens, High Definition with transition darkening in under 1 hour start to finish. Fantastic frame selection at good prices. 100% pleased and satisfied with Eyemart Express.
