Unfortunately, my experience with the sales process was extremely disappointing. Before purchasing, I specifically asked how the financing would affect my credit. The salesperson assured me that it would work similarly to Affirm and would not negatively impact my credit report. That information turned out to be false. I am currently in the process of purchasing a home, and this financing account has had a negative impact on my credit profile, potentially affecting my chances of securing my mortgage. Had I been given accurate information, I would have made a different decision. I encourage The Good Feet Store to ensure that employees provide honest and accurate information about financing options. Customers deserve transparency so they can make informed financial decisions.
