I picked up my prescribed pills from this Safeway pharmacy on 02/20/2025. Pills were in the original sealed manufacturer plastic packer bottle. 90 count on the Pharmacy label. I came home, opened the bottle and counted pills. Two pills were missing. I immediately call the pharmacy and a pharmacist told me that they would give me two missing pills when I come back. I came in a day to pick up my missing pills but another pharmacist told me that they can’t give me missing pills because it will make their count incorrect. He suggested me to call the manufacturer. It is frastrating experience. Why should I call the manufacturer? I did not order pills from the manufacturer, I ordered and purchased pills from Safeway pharmacy. So, it is Safeway pharmacy responsibility to count pills. My doctor prescribed me 90 pills, but I have only 88 pills. I strongly recommend not to accept pills in the sealed packer bottle in Safeway pharmacy or request a pharmacist to count pills before selling them to you.

I’ve been to many pharmacies but this location in king farms really stands out. Ms. Odette has been so helpful in making sure I get my proper medication and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the right meds that give me the least side effects. She has been tremendously helpful and always has a smile on her face and greets customers with a happy vibe and such a friendly person. I will be going to this pharmacy moving forward. Customer service is important and she definitely provides excellent customer service with professionalism, respect, and a warm and friendly vibe. Highly recommend this pharmacy
