I have to give a special shout out to the teacher Lisa, who always goes above and beyond to make us members feel welcome and teaches amazing classes with her positive energy! Definitely recommend this studio.

They’re great at providing modifications for any moves that aren’t accessible due to injury or skill level. I’m significantly stronger and more confident after two months of consistent Pure Barre classes. I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to workouts now! Can’t recommend enough for anyone seeking a welcoming community & an intense/low impact workout.
