Manuel's Zumba class on Fridays at 5:30pm is the highlight of wrapping up my week! I've been attending his classes several times now and I'm so happy I found a Zumba class that challenges me and the music is so energetic! I appreciate that not only does he make class fun, but he also makes sure we're using the correct postures / forms so we don't hurt ourselves. Manuel gained my trust and respect. I just wish he taught more classes in Rockville! But for now, it's definitely worth my time to attend Friday nights. Thank you!
Nice gym with a ton of equipment and great facilities. However, it's often way too crowded to actually get a good workout in. I wound up canceling my membership since my other gym is less crowded. Unfortunately when you cancel your membership, they still charge you for an extra month. So if you cancel on June 30th, they'll charge you for July, even if you don't intend on using the gym anymore. When I inquired why, they said that's their standard policy. Which, really is just a money grab to get one more month's revenue off people as they cancel their membership. Seems like theft to me, so just a heads up that this is their policy.

I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Zahrah, and it has been a wonderful experience. She always listens carefully to my needs, demonstrates each exercise clearly, and ensures I perform them with the correct technique. She consistently tracks my current strength, monitors my progress, and helps me set realistic future goals. My trainer Pam was really attuned to my needs and goals. Working with her on a regular basis at the time I first joined OneLife was the best decision I could have made. She set me up with a routine and started weight training so that I felt confident to move forward with my goals. She was encouraging, pushing me to go beyond what I thought I could do. So glad that I invested the time in working with her!
When I joined, I was hovering in the “prediabetic” zone, which alarmed me. After several months training with Pam and a regular cardio routine, my numbers went down to a healthy range and I’m no longer “prediabetic.” Change is possible! Thanks Pam!!
