  I love this gym! I just would say for the new massage chair room, the light is too bright, ...which slightly disrupts the “relaxing vibe” (Lighting like the One Life in Clinton would be amazing). / there could also be a sign asking for silence inside the room. But I loved the renovation; it's turning out really cool.

  I had a great experience working with my personal trainer Mario at OneLife Fitness. My trainer was professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and made each workout feel personalized to my goals and fitness level. I especially appreciated that after each session, he took the time to guide me through stretching exercises specifically for my shoulder. Those extra few minutes made such a difference—my shoulder has felt significantly better ever since. I truly appreciated the motivation, accountability, attention to my individual needs, and genuine care he provided throughout my training sessions. My overall experience with OneLife Fitness was also very positive. The facility provided a welcoming environment, a variety of equipment, and the resources needed for an effective workout. The quality of the personal training experience really stood out to me, and I would definitely recommend OneLife Fitness and personal training to anyone looking for knowledgeable, supportive, and personalized guidance on their fitness journey.

  I always look forward to my work out sessions at one life Rockville. It is a well run club for your daily workouts. Michelle L who works front desk always is so courteous and engaging with members. In today’s world it’s always nice to walk into a place at which staff are interested in their members and Michelle always makes you feel welcome.

  Clean gym, clean bathroom, cardio machines are in working order instead of constantly breaking when I went to other gyms. And even with a huge amount of gym goers, they still seek to improve the gym by adding Hyrox and Strike Boxing for fitness. Been a member for years and hope the gym stays 5 stars for as long as it can.
