During a trip, her glasses broke and when we went to return them we learned that you had to bring in the broken ones to get the replacement price. Their manager Dawn, recognizing we made an honest mistake, gave us a significant discount on a replacement pair and additional insurance. They are professional, curiosity, and knowledge. I will be a repeat customer to this location!
