- EMEmily MarthalerSep 12, 20261.0Despite saying they cover insurance, they did not honor the prices for co-pay and classified voluntary costs as required at the last minute. The doctor was rude and curt and FAILED to listen when noting that the prescription options continued to be blurry. Further, the staff in front also created new prices than the covered insurance copay. The front of store people friendly and wanted to be helpful but kept trying to bounce around from person to person which led to actually bad service - they need more people to work in front to actually get good and focused service. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT GIVEN DECEPTIVE PRACTICES WITH ACCEPTED INSURANCE.
