For example, when I asked why my eye scans were two different colors, I was told “it does not matter, we don’t look at the colors.” When I asked why I needed bifocals and whether the testing showed that, the response was essentially “we all need it as we get older.” There also did not seem to be much effort made to help with an insurance issue, which now requires me to submit for reimbursement myself. When I brought up a concern with my left eye, it felt like the issue was being challenged at first, followed by a quick referral with very little explanation. I then asked about potential costs and was simply told that “all insurances should cover it.” My eight year old daughter (sat in with me) actually mentioned the tone of the appointment to me in the car on the way home. I will not be returning, which is disappointing because the store and office itself are very nice.

Customer service matters a lot! She definitely lacks this quality. Advice: take a moment to ask if there are any questions to ensure customers are satisfied.
