- MKMary KnottsJul 30, 20261.0Called and asked a simple question about how busy they were and the “charge nurse” I spoke to (Beth?) kept repeating that they couldn’t provide wait times even though I said I wasn’t expecting one. The professionalism of the staff I encountered was very poor. Very disappointing. I visited many years ago and had a good experience. I will not be going there.

- KCK Cooper-ArnoldJul 15, 20265.0I had fallen off my large horse, and there was some concern by my PCP that I had head trauma. I went to the ER for imaging. I had a very positive experience at the ER. The staff including the NP, nurses, imaging staff, and the lovely woman who cleaned the room and helped me find the TV remote were helpful, compassionate, and kind, even though I know all medical personnel think riders are slightly insane. They explained clearly what tests I would need and then provided excellent F/U information on the results. They even brought me dinner when I said I hadn’t eaten all day (it turns out that a microwaved slice of pizza and a FZ PB&J are quite delicious). Thank you, Queenstown ER. A competent and caring staff.

They actually listen to the patient and each other. Very professional but courteous and helpful to the patient. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
