  Everyone in the office were so pleasant and professional. I’m glad I don’t have a hearing problem but if I did, I would definitely see them again.

  AMAZING! I came in with my great aunt for a cleaning and Alexandra gave us amazing service. She is very professional and personable. My aunt left feeling seen and loved.

  Great service! I went in for a hearing screening and received great information on how your hearing affects your brain and the different stages of hearing. Met the area manager (Pamela) , Alexandria ( hearing specialist) who administered the test. Staff was very pleasant and professional.

  Visited the Miracle Ear location with my sister last week in Prince Frederick MD. Fantastic experience. Very thorough, pleasant and timely. Front desk receptionist was super sweet. (Sorry we didn’t get her name) Alexandra (Hearing Instrument Specialist) did a phenomenal job with explanations, drawings, details and testing. She is so personable, very bubbly, kind and patient too. Thank you.
