  This is undoubably one of the finest pharmacies in the DC area. Clearly they invest in hiring great staff and enough of them. Never a long line. They actually answer the phone to talk with you! And yes, you can speak with a pharmacist if you need to! The 3 pharmacists are all very smart and communicate so well when you speak with them. The techs are so helpful and efficient. They really care about the patients. If you are looking for a pharmacy that still understands customer care and service. A pharmacy that still values human communication, then this is the palce to come. The best!!

  Been to a lot of pharmacies in my lifetime and this one is def the worst. Not sure if these people are stupid or just incompetent. Their messaging system sucks. Customer service sucks. The pharmacists suck. Avoid this place.

  I faxed my prescription to this pharmacy 20 hours earlier and went to pick up the medicine and they told me they didn't receive it. This is the second time it happened and on further questioning they told me their fax number has been changed. Not so according to their website, clearly showing the same number. Terrible service and very dishonest business practice. You can't trust this place for your health!
