Cachi is simply amazing. She is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with scheduling, no matter how busy things get. She greets everyone with the biggest smile, and her positive energy is contagious. There have been days when I’ve walked in feeling stressed or exhausted, and before I even make it to class, Cachi’s warm smile, cheerful attitude, and kind greeting completely change my mood. She has a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and excited to be there. She is a huge part of what makes Club Pilates feel like a second home.
