  I was in the ER for 8 hours for my foot that is in pain and then I stopped by the giant pharmacy yesterday 8/9/26 in pikesville to pickup my meds. AS I waited in line there was a young, tall female dancing behind the counter and the same female helped me with my meds but she found it more important to have a conversation with a coworker as I waited longer then I should have. This female does not understand the difference between business priorities and personal priorities. I was the customer that should have been dealt with first and her conversation second. This Pikesville pharmacy sucks, its terrible and needs to be revamped with a new staff that is more considerate without the children and a new organization system. Also, in 2025 a pharmacy employee kept marking me as a diabetic on a document i had to sign and I am not diabetic. incompetent staff.

  Literally the worse pharmacy. The meds are never ready when getting there. They make sure to waste atleast an hour of your time before being able to get what you need. Even called in advance to confirm it would bre ready, which they said it would be ready within 30 minutes. I showed up an hour later and still had to wait another 30 minutes. Avoid if you can!

  Sure lines are long they are super busy. Popular place. Most times staff are polite, friendly, competent and caring.

  They tell you your meds are ready when you get there they don’t even have it in the store. This has happened to me three times in one week. I am going to find another pharmacy. One of my meds they don’t keep in stock, wouldn’t you think they would keep a maintenance drug in stock.
