  I had a great experience, I might have just been lucky but from the time I walked in the door I was walking out 25 minutes later. Everyone was pleasant and super efficient from the front desk to the doctor. Will definitely use them again!

  I was worried about a possible infection of my fingers that had 7 stitches. I walked in and was waited on under 20 minutes. The doctor confirmed the infection and gave me antibiotics prescription . Great experience.

  Dr Kamara was very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him. I would recommend your office to anyone who needed care.

  Staff was wonderful and I did not have to wait long. However, the facility is very limited in what they can do to help patients. I needed blood to be drawn to help diagnose my issues. While they have capability to draw blood, they are only permitted to do so for pre-operative cases. So frustrating for me. I will not think to go there first when I need medical care in the future. After learning that Patient First offers many more (full service) diagnostics, I’ll go there since I’m unclear what is and isn’t available at UM Urgent Care

  I was impressed by how clean and bright the waiting room was. My wait wasn’t long at all. I was treated very professionally and kindly by the friendly staff.
