  After months being out of work, and months being sick with no diagnosis, and no help with symptoms, I brought my Fiance in to Dr. Kondrashov. He was able started us back to progress towards a solution by running tests that no other doctor wanted to run, and sending us off for an abdominal ultrasound, and was able to help us determine she has gallstones. Other doctors looked at the CT and ruled out gallbladder, but Dr. Kondrashov wasn't having any of that, and was knowledgeable in the fact that gallstones may not show on a CT. After months without sleep, bills piling up with no diagnosis, and hope slowly fading as her condition worsened, Dr. Kondrashov gave us hope. He also went above and beyond, and is looking into other possible causes as the gallstones may not nessicarily be causing the issues, as well as looking I to factors that may not be the cause, but are adjacent/possibly making the symptoms worse. He is meticulous, knowledgeable, and over all just an amazing doctor. I will be trying to make him my doctor as well, as I couldn't have asked for a better doctor for my fiance, and neither could I have asked for him at a better time. Thank you Dr. Kondrashov

  I want to put a s/o to Shonda the receptionist who made an appt for a loved one I was setting a new patient appt for … first Thank You, you understood the urgency just by taking time and hearing our plea for what’s best for “them”, You treated me not as a number but a human .. Healthcare can be a thankless job,we actually shared some laughs and at the end of what was suppose to be a rescheduled from a cancel appt call turned into a call that was needed - a smile that was heard ! And I hope her office manager “Laura” reads this and gives her so much Glory !

  I waited a week to be seen my doctor I got their 10 minutes late appointments: was at 4:00 it was traffic I got there in 10 minutes late after leaving work early and they said they I have to reschedule where in this good world when someone needs help do you get treated this Manor that is very rude it's not professional at all to be honest with you
