I had to come in near closing due to my schedule but your staff member Mackenzie treated me as a valued customer and truly made me feel like she valued me coming in and not an inconvenience. She was intelligent, knowledgeable and very efficient. Personally, I think your prices are incredibly expensive but service like hers at least makes you feel like you are getting value for your money.

This place looks very nice, so I decided to go there for potentially getting contact lenses there; I just had a full eye exam at a proper eye doctor's office last week and have a valid prescription. So I went here to see if they could provide trial lenses, but the guy I spoke to was not very nice about it and made it sound like that was a strange idea....Said I'd have to get another eye exam with their own doctor first, wouldn't be able to get contacts without one. Which I think is strange, because surely I should be able to purchase lenses with a valid prescription, just like I'd do for glasses? And there would have surely been a nice way of handling this....So, I guess online it is. People always complain about bricks-and-mortar stores going out of business bc of the online competition, but they don't exactly do anything to help themselves, do they?

Charles was a terrific salesman. We got 2 frames, one with transition tint. It was busy in the store but he was calm and patient with us. Thank you for the 60% discount on designer frames and we’d definitely recommend him for future customers! Thanks again

I want to thank Dr. Neal Shastri for finally figuring out my contact situation.
Years ago I had LASIK, and like a lot of people, my eyes eventually regressed. Since then, I’ve been to multiple eye doctors and could never get contacts that were actually clear or stayed clear throughout the day.
I finally came to LensCrafters and saw Dr. Shastri, and he was able to dial in a prescription that actually works. My vision stays clear, and it’s honestly a huge difference from what I’ve dealt with for years.
I’m very happy with the experience and definitely recommend going here, especially if you can see Dr. Shastri.
Also a funny guy, which makes the whole process even better.
P.S. Go Bills.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
