  This is a well-deserved shout out to Sharon, Irene & team at the pharmacy in this Giant. When I explained that a family member traveling with us needed an important prescription med, I was proactively met with a confident "I'll reach out to her original pharmacy and have the script transferred to us" by Sharon. This was after my family member had gone to the their local pharmacy 2x before the trip and came home empty handed because of an issue at that pharmacy, so I was skeptical the Giant team could get the script transferred, but if they were willing to try, why not? After some calls and persistence by Sharon & Irene, low and behold after less than 1hr we had the medication. I guess this is what dedication to a profession looks like, so huge Thank You to Sharon, Irene and the team at this location...hope it helps a few other folks to know there is a great group of people at this location that are absolute pros!

  This pharmacy has amazing pharmacists and staff! They are so helpful and efficient! They offer to apply a discount card when a medication is not covered by insurance. My previous pharmacy never did this even when I showed them my GoodRx Gold card. They are always pleasant. When I call, I actually can speak to a live person quickly and even a pharmacist if needed. My previous local pharmacy was impossible to speak to anyone via phone. I get my vaccines here as well- flu, covid, shingles. Same day and short wait time. I would never go back to my previous local pharmacy. Thank you Pasadena Giant pharmacists, techs, and staff! You are the best!
