Decided that since they didn't have the product I was looking for that it was my problem and they weren't going to do anything to accommodate me. Unnamed Friend stated that he didn't want to hear anything about what other stores do! I proceeded to inform him that its called customer service when you don't have a product but want to satisfy the consumer you offer something else or a potential discount. The conversation became pointless especially after I asked for his name and he refused to offer it nor did Bryan provide it.
