  My experience at the Mircle-Ear Hearing Aid Center was exceptional. Dr. Lauren Jones, Hearing Instrument Specialist, made me feel I was her only and top priority. She gave me a detailed medical history of hearing challenges, information of tests she would conduct, and testing results in plain language. Dr. Jones was compassionate, understanding, eagered to listen to my concerns and provided me a plan to remedy my hearing challenge. I am now her patient and would recommend her highly. Regard, L.
