  DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! This is hands down the most incompetent, unprofessional, and deceptive dental practice in existence. Back in February or March, they claimed my son needed tooth extraction surgery. I paid the $500 deposit they demanded and was promised a call from the "surgery coordinator" to get on the schedule. She NEVER CALLED. NOT ONCE. For MONTHS, I called constantly, only to get hit with the same pathetic, copy-paste excuse: "Oh, she just stepped away." She dodged every single voicemail I left. When I finally got her onto the phone, she tried to claim my son needed another "doctor approval" before scheduling—a complete lie from someone who clearly has zero clue how to do her job. Then came the absolute kicker: I dragged my son to this pointless appointment, only for the doctor to say, "I heard you wanted to speak with me." NO! I NEVER asked for this useless appointment! The clueless coordinator forced us in for literally NO REASON when all I wanted was to schedule my son's surgery! To top off this absolute nightmare, LESS THAN 15 DAYS before the procedure, they call to tell me our insurance doesn't even cover it! MONTHS of taking my money, dodging my calls, wasting my time, and dragging my kid around, and ONLY NOW do they check the insurance?! THIS OFFICE IS A TOTAL CIRCUS. The surgery coordinator is completely useless, the staff lies, and they will steal your money and waste your time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

  I never leave reviews but this appointment was so sad for me and my baby’s first experience at the dentist! Appointment was at 2pm, I had to ask the desk if they forget about me around 2:30, then they brought me in the back where I sat for another 20 minutes, someone finally came over they gave my baby (who just turned two) a bunch of toothpaste and fluoride before asking his age…. I asked the person was it safe for my baby to consume that much, they said it’s fine…. Then they brushed his teeth and told me I was all done (a two minute appointment, after a 45 minute wait) I believe the manager was walking around, I left a voicemail for the owner to give a call patiently waiting on a call back…. While I am reasonable, and I understand that things fall behind/ short staff (not sure of this was the case) But the attitude on top of it and no apology is UNACCEPTABLE.

  All three of my kids have come here for dental work. They make sure the kids are welcome and comfortable for all work needed!
