  Your customer service was outstanding - from start to finish..Ms.Taylor was very patience and professional. Even though I had not made a commitment. She answered ALL my questions. I didn't feel rushed. If I'm able to enjoy my TV show during the trial period, I sold.

  I am here from Houston for my friends wedding and experienced very poor reception from my hearing aids. I was able to make an appointment immediately and within 5 mins Lauren had my aids working perfectly. Stephanie at the call center was extremely helpful expediting my service and gave me a direct number to call if I needed further services! I'm extremely HAPPY!!!

  The office manager Lauren Alexander is very professional. From the get go her reception has been great exceptional. In the examination room Ms. Sheree was phenomenal she treats her patients with respect & care. It is not a big place but the service has been excellent. Go check it out!!

  My husband is currently with Miracle Ear in Owings Mills Maryland, and we could not be more satisfied with the care and attention we are given!! The staff go over and above to make sure that any issues that may occur are attended to as quickly as possible in a professional and friendly manner. We highly recommend this Miracle Ear if you are considering hearing aids!! Oh, and the hearing aids are great too!!
