  Your customer service was outstanding - from start to finish..Ms.Taylor was very patience and professional. Even though I had not made a commitment. She answered ALL my questions. I didn't feel rushed. If I'm able to enjoy my TV show during the trial period, I sold.

  My husband is currently with Miracle Ear in Owings Mills Maryland, and we could not be more satisfied with the care and attention we are given!! The staff go over and above to make sure that any issues that may occur are attended to as quickly as possible in a professional and friendly manner. We highly recommend this Miracle Ear if you are considering hearing aids!! Oh, and the hearing aids are great too!!

  The lady at the front desk, Gianna, was very rude to me. I couldn't hear well and I noticed her laughing at me. It didnt make me feel comfortable. Everybody else was kind and welcoming. I need a hearing aid but I will have to go to another location.
