  I tried to give them the benefit of doubt because they have some very professional employees here . But then theres just this one chic who seems to have negative energy everytime shes there .... she look like she hate her job and she always gossiping and complaining.... One night maybe a month or 2 ago she in there complaining and took her precious time to ring me up cause she was too focused on gossiping about another customer. Im pregnant and im ready to hurry home and eat. She still didnt start my stuff yet so I asled her was she ok and I recorded her because she threw my bags at the end of the register and it gave off the impression that she wasnt gonna bag my stuff . Thats what they get paid for right .... so I said something about that ... she was mad smh .... I told her my sons arent bagging that stuff up because we have to put it away .... not you !! We have to lug it up 3 flights of steps .... NOT YOU !! SO in here you will bag this stuff for us because thats what you get paid to do . She made a big deal and pouted the whole time I was there. UNPROFESSIONAL !! This is your job and you are on the clock . Is this what giant want to represent them. UNACCEPTABLE. Tonight I can tell she saw me and gossip about me before I came to her co worker line , its the quietness and energy and the young lady didnt greet me at all . Then she let the bags sit at the end just like the other lady ... so I didn't say nothing but I did wait with my phone ready to record . Becauae your not gonna play with me . Then I asked about the new grey bags giant have and she says "YOU Talking To me " .... ma'am are you ok . Your co-worker rubbed off on u I see cause why you coming off like that . And also there were nets around the sweet potatoes. But they need to be retrained on how to properly bag food ... how to bag with the customer in mind . And be aware that some folks are handicap and we have to load the carts , load the belt and load our cars and load our kitchen . The least the employees can do is happily and properly bag the food . My sons are not my workers nor slaves nor your helpers just because your lazy . And this isnt the only time they expect me pr my sons to bag the items . And when they bag them they throw everything around. Fyi be mindful because I have a cousin who works for giant Corp office and I will make sure I complain there and to her as well. And I would be wrong if I upload this video. But if I dont see improvement by my next visit I sure will . Im big on customer service . I come from the era where customer service was a big deal in training . So I expect nothing less .

  The worst pharmacy, horrible inventory, customer service is poor and incredibly understaffed which causes delays and long lines.

  prescriptions are literally never ready in a reasonable time always a 20-30 min wait everytime slow workers!
