- JMJohn MillerAug 10, 20263.0The eye exam and the person helping me pick out my glasses after the exam was very nice. The beginning of the appointment was very sub standard. My appointment was scheduled at 9:00. I thought I was sent a message to arrive 15 minutes early. The gentleman made sure he did not unlock the doors until 9:00. I saw him unlock them so I got out of my vehicle and went to the door. He told me they were not ready for me. I went back to the truck. He smoked a cigarette and I still waited. He then told me I could go inside. I stood in the front part of the store waiting to be acknowledged. No one did. There was lots of casual conversation going on in the back of the store. No one bothered to acknowledge me. Eventually I walked to the back part and finally they acknowledged me. Wow!
