Did not explain any thing, did not offer the warranty that usually comes with a $500 purchase. She did not tell me how long I would have to wait for my new glasses to arrive. and I did not receive an email copy of my receipt. Either she should get the proper training to do the job right, or should take some time off to deal with her personal issues.
