I can't thank him enough for his highly energetic, thoughtful (swiftly bringing to me frame after frame after he said his choices were based entirely on my taste, which he observed closely from those I picked out on my own, and he did good!) and wonderful attentiveness, especially considering my complete spur of the moment visit. He even said he'd assist me going through all the drawers holding additional frames as well as in using the in-store touchscreen to browse through the online catalog if that's what I wanted to do to find the perfect frame and at the perfect price!!! Isaiah also, not skipping a beat, calculated several cost estimates both with and without my insurance while making sure to not overlook my 40% promotional discount that ends November 30th. While I did, ultimately, settle on a frame, I think I'll return prior to my vision exam to see what selections are actually inside the drawers. Isaiah practically assured me there were hidden treasures [my words]in each one, so I'll take him up on it. Thanks, also, to Store Manager, Blake, who kindly offered both Isaiah and me excellent, immediate assistance whenever asked. Overall, a great experience at LensCrafters today.
