Thank you Dee I appreciate you 💔 I'm editing my review. I was told at my eye exam I needed to see an eye specialist and possible glaucoma and was to be given a referral. Unfortunately that day I was told the printer or email was down and I'd be contacted. I came back a week later to pick up my glasses and ask again for the actual referral from the Dr. And again I was told the exact same thing. It's been 2 weeks and I'm concerned about my eyes so I've called and of course nobody knows anything about this. I called again and she's off. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I'm receiving especially after being told I'm to go see the specialist. My eyes are important to me. I'm rewriting the review because I'm upset and I'm going out my way to get this resolved. I haven't received a follow-up or call back about this matter. Seems the only way I get some feedback is to do a review since that seemed to be the main thing they're concerned about after my exam. Dee please make this right. Until then 1 star rating from me.
