  Derrick is an awesome trainer. His performance program is a perfect combination of speed, strength and endurance. His routine incorporates different exercises and routines. The program is also consistent learning about new techniques. I am seeing immediate results and am happy with the progress. I highly recommend Fitness Forever. Thanks Derrick.

  Coach Derrick has been a great asset to my son's development. He is very patient during training sessions and does not mind repeating instructions to make sure the workout is done correctly. My son is a client of his, but you can see that Coach Derrick truly cares for him. He even gave him a nick name. We appreciate you Coach Derrick! J-Man and Family 🫶🏽

  My son has been training here for a month now and I can see a big difference, not only in appearance but also in his mentality. I appreciate Derrick's guidance and motivation throughout each and every workout. His attention to detail and willingness to adjust exercises to fit my son's needs and abilities is greatly appreciated.
