Imani the eye care specialist who did the measurements was wonderful to work with. Over all this was a great experience and I highly recommend this establishment.
- LCLina CJul 16, 20261.0Went in for a schedule eye exam. Needed to get glasses so I began looking at frames however I didnt like the selection so I decided to I’ll look elsewhere. For eyes opened the authorization therefore when I went to purchase frames from somewhere else I could not. My insurance was under the impression I already got glasses because the authorization was open at For eyes. I called for eyes and asked them to close the authorization so that I could use my insurance to purchase glasses elsewhere and I was told they closed it. Only to find out they did not. I then had to call my insurance company to force them to close the authorization. Not cool
