I would especially like to recognize Ms. Safa, the technician, and Ms. Imani, the optician, for their outstanding customer service. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. They took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my eye exam results and eyewear options without ever making me feel rushed.
