  I have left numerous messages in the last three weeks to speak to someone about my hearing aid that is not working. No calls have been returned. It seems that this office has been closed. It’s a shame because Elaine was very good….better service when it was Connect Hearing. Kathy G.

  The front desk staff was extremely professional. However the Dr. ELAINE was very rude to my mom. She had a personal problem at her home and informed my mom when we got to the office that she had to go which is very understandable, but her appointment had been rescheduled twice and when my mom mentioned this to Dr. Elaine she told my mom we'll things come up and that she had to go. It's not what she said it was how she said it then she just left. Has a professional women of her caliber there was a much better way she could have talk to my mom by the way who is spending 2 grand with her she most certainly needs help in the coustmer services areas. Miss Amie spoke with my mom offering to help with the hearing test she was wonderful and sweet. Also she explained every little detail about the earring aids that she had purchased we recommend Miss Amie she works on Wednesdays

  I love the customer service that Alisha provides! The place is Very clean & professional ! Rebecca from Westminster was Awesome helping me to learn my hearing aides she was very patient .
