I have left numerous messages in the last three weeks to speak to someone about my hearing aid that is not working. No calls have been returned. It seems that this office has been closed. It’s a shame because Elaine was very good….better service when it was Connect Hearing. Kathy G.

Very good experience, Meagan and Dr. Welch was very professional, polite and they didn't mind answering any questions. I would go back for any hearing concerns, and I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

Dr. Welch was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. In particular, she equipped my right hearing aid with a new, smaller tip that fits much better in my ear. Thank you!
