From free weights, to some awesome old school machines, to newer style machines, plus the number one rated personal trainer in cecil county. It's also the number one rated gym by cecil county, so i'm not the only one who feels this way. The community in this gym is incredible, it feels like a family. The gym is very clean and tidy. All are welcome, including those of us who carry gallon jugs of water, wear stringers, and grunt when we workout! I have seen some incredible transformations take place in this gym including with myself, Jos will not let you give up.

Weight loss, building muscle, diet, and many other things the owner can talk with you and guide you. Someone who knows what they are doing and a welcoming gym community.
- NPNiraj PrasadJun 17, 20265.0So I went to Great Wolf Lodge for a week and they don’t have a gym there so I had to find one for the week and did I get lucky. I love this gym. Jos is a super chill dude. Always went out of his way to say hi to me and. There is a ton of really useful equipment and the members I saw during the week aren’t socializing they are there to work out and it’s just the way I like it. If I lived closer this would be my gym but anytime I’m in the area I’ll get the weekly pass. Strongly recommended for serious lifters.
