My glasses broke unexpectedly and the Optician & team @Pike & Rose treated it like the emergency it was, finding a quick resolution for a time sensitive issue. She also assisted with a new order to make the process seamless & efficient! The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable, walking me through everything in a way that felt genuine. It's rare to find a place that combines speed, expertise, and a friendly atmosphere so well. Highly recommend!

Dr Chan gave a superb eye exam for a newbie like me and gave me an RX for both contacts and glasses. Jason H. then helped me pick the perfect frames for my face shape….they are SO pretty and he explained my benefits clearly to make sure I got the best deal. In and out in 40 min. I can not recommend this store more. They deserve 10 stars!!!!

Nikia, Abigail, and another team member whose name I unfortunately can't remember were all incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. They made my experience feel easy and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Their excellent customer service truly stood out, and because of them I'll definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive one!
