  Since our last visit with my mother to see Dr Negi, the prior PCP refused to see our Mother due to the prior review and me speaking up for myself, she was very rude towards me. We waited for Dr. Negi for an hour when he finally came in he gave no explanation of his lateness never apologize for being late but I believe it's from the previous review that I wrote about Dr Dwvedi(?). I don't understand people when they think that they can talk to you any kind of way and you not defend for yourself and tolerate the disrespect that's not acceptable. I really believe it's from the prior experience with Dr Dwvedi, and my review if you cannot accept your wrongs how can you achieve to do better. Also I hope this does not harm my mother's health and care with this facility. After the appointment with Dr Negi the patient after my mother he apologized to them for being late but he did not give us the same courtesy I hope this is not a race thing I hope it's not in reference to my prior review. People not accepting their responsibilities this is a problem if that's the case. I took a while before I sent a review but now I'm saying something about it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not all the staff act this way.

  Ryan Barnes is my pcp; smart, open, and understanding—i can see his effort and empathy. I get the impression that he (and the rest of the health care world) is overwhelmed and overworked. Hope you can find enough peace and security in a broken world to give yourself some rest. Nurse who sampled my blood was sweet and funny.

  Great experience with all staff and multiple providers here. Never have any issues with them taking care of stuff. I see them through the VA and that makes things a headache but they go above and beyond to get things taken care of for me

  One of the best health places I have ever visited. Wait time was minimal and every one was very patient and kind. Dr. Momeni is a Dr. who cares and takes all the time in the world to listen to his patient. I wish I would of found him years ago. I highly recommend this place.

  I have some sort of sinus/allergy thing going on, so I called to see a doctor because I started having ear pain. I was told because it was a "sick" visit, I had to do tele-health call and couldn't go in. No problem, I completely understand. The doctor Akanoh prescribed me an antibiotic and then when I asked if ear drops would be an option, her response was rude and condescending that if she could feel and see my ears and throat she could but since I didnt come in, she can't make that determination. I told her I wanted to come in but the office wouldn't allow it. How can you determine without seeing someone, they need an antibiotic but not ear drops..."It could just be seasonal allergies", but here's an antibiotic anyway. I have seen many doctors and I have never had an experience like this before. I will never visit or try be associated with this location again. She should be ashamed of herself from her mannerisms, tone and attitude.
