- AJApril JJul 14, 20262.0The woman at the front desk was very unprofessional towards me and my 8 year old son today July 14, 2026. She was rude when I checked my son in and she was rude when we were leaving. We had to wait for a ride to go home and she kept getting smart asking “How long are you going to be because I’m leaving in 20 minutes I don’t have time for this” she was on the phone telling whoever she was talking to that me and my son were waiting for a ride and she was ready to go. She said was having a bad day and she needs to go home. She was rushing us to leave. She was very rude and unprofessional. The doctors were great. Dr.chin was amazing. The medical assistant and the ultrasound tech were so nice to us. But the front desk clerk was very mean to me and my son. I will not be returning to this location. I don’t know her name but my son appointment was at 3:00pm and we left a little after 4pm. She was a middle aged Caucasian woman and had blonde reddish hair.
- LKLaurie KateAug 24, 20165.0My son sees several pediatric specialties which used to require arduous visits to the University of Maryland Hospital campus downtown. Now that they have opened this office, life got so much easier. The office is right off 695 for great convenience, staff is friendly, and parking is free!!
