  They suck. Dr. Sumon Nandi completely screwed up my knee replacement. When dr. Nicole George did my knee replacement she completely ignored my baker’s cyst and everytime I would bring up what’s gonna happen with the bakers cyst at post-op appointments she ignored me. I would never return here or recommend this practice to anyone. They definitely DONT care about their patients

  I’ve been a patient here for a while, but I feel compelled to share my experience. On my last two visits, I’ve waited over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. While the staff does apologize for the delays, there seems to be very little sense of urgency. During my wait, I observed employees walking around and talking while patients continued to sit and wait. Unfortunately, the long wait times appear to be getting worse since the office moved from Largo to Laurel. The providers may offer good care, but patients’ time should also be respected. I hope management addresses the scheduling and workflow issues because waiting 90+ minutes for an appointment has become frustrating.

  👀 University of MD Facility Physicians Is totally awesome I was so impressed when I had to go back and wave for the ♿️ handicap door to open. It is a high standard quality in handicap doors, just wave your hand. The receptionist and waiting area is highly impressive. Thick padded seating of all heights and widths., chairs, benches, counters with high stool chairs. Very spacious area. It is so beautifully designed I was at awe!! I also want to include the very professional and welcoming atmosphere from the receptionist Staff to the Nurses, Radiology technician, the Physician Assistant and the Treating Physician is absolutely a plus. I am dismissing my former physician for my new one, becsuse it wasn't a pleasant and professional as this office and team. They work with proficiency. I am at awe . Oh yeah the building structure is beautiful and outside of the building is impressive as well. It has an ample amount of handicap♿️ parking and patient parking too. ☺️ I will upload pictures of the building front and back next time.
