Lady at checkout tells me i have to do both eye exam and cl fitting and tells me she had to charge me with a tone. All she had to tell me was to go do cl at previous provider and next time onwards to come to pearle so that both can be done together but i sensed some attitude. Not great first impression probably won't return either.
