  Dr. Rafei and his team are, without a doubt, the best pediatric practice we have ever experienced. We’ve received care through Howard County Pediatrics and Johns Hopkins, but Culex Wellness exceeds them all in every way. Appointments are always readily available, and having the ability to text updates directly to Dr. Rafei provides an incredible level of reassurance. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and treats our children as if they were his own. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers every question with patience, and genuinely partners with us as parents to make the best decisions for our children. What truly sets Dr. Rafei apart is how present he is. He consistently checks in on our children, follows up after visits, and is available when we need guidance. It honestly feels as though he never takes a day off because he is always there for his patients. His responsiveness and dedication have given us peace of mind on countless occasions and have prevented multiple unnecessary urgent care and emergency room visits. We are incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Rafei and his team. Their level of care, accessibility, and genuine compassion is something every family deserves. I recommend Culex Wellness without hesitation to any parent looking for outstanding pediatric care.

  We love going here! The doctor and all staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. He listens closely to our concerns and is constantly checking in on my son. The office is very nice and spacious with kids play area and lots of entertaining toys.

  Our family had a great experience with doctor Rafei . He kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They made my child feel comfortable during the visit and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this doctor to other families looking for excellent care for their children.Also when I call him I like his quick response
