  Denise is personable, she helps with making sure your form is correct, and I enjoyed her class. However her instructions are not always clear.

  Flo gave me a true five star experience. In my year and a half of practicing Pilates, she is the first instructor who gave me the confidence to stretch beyond what I thought I could do. She challenged me while making me feel safe, supported, and capable. I left the class feeling stronger and proud of myself. Thank you!💜

  After nearly three years as a member at Club Pilates Laurel, I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience and ultimately canceled my membership. The biggest issue is the combination of inflexible policies and a lack of professionalism from management. I experienced a significant personal loss and reached out to the studio hoping for some reasonable flexibility as a long-standing member. Instead, I was repeatedly told that there was “nothing they could do” because of policy. I understand that businesses have policies, but there should also be room for basic compassion and discretion when exceptional circumstances arise. My experience with the General Manager, Ashley, was particularly disappointing. I felt dismissed rather than heard, and when I tried to explain my concerns during a phone conversation, Ashley hung up on me while I was still speaking. Regardless of the disagreement, that is not an appropriate or professional way to handle a conversation with a customer. I previously had a very positive experience at this location, particularly under the previous management, so the difference in customer service has been especially disappointing. Club Pilates Laurel should seriously reconsider both how rigidly its policies are applied and the level of professionalism expected from its management. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location under its current management, specifically the general manager Ashley T.
