- KMkendra marieJun 30, 20261.0I had a filling done on two of my back teeth, one on each side. I had a root canal done on a Tooth that had ZERO pain. I have faced consistent difficulty with eating even the softest foods. This issue was noted several times and within 2020-2021 I made several trips in which my teeth were drilled more and more. This issue started OCTOBER 2020. Eating sticky foods and even soft foods result in the most unbearable pain for lengthy durations. The most unfortunate part is I can not eat on one side because it is painful on BOTH sides. I did not have this issue before partaking in Charming Smiles services. My teeth were neglected prior to my insurance ending and I have not been contacted for this KNOWN issue that I expressed many times. I reached out in various emails throughout the years. Since I have never received a response. It’s 2026 and I still face the same issue so thank you Dr Kelley!

We held off and went to a well reviewed family dentist 6 months later with X-rays and everything looks good. It's tough to evaluate a dentist since only they know their expertise but I do feel like we were likely over or inappropriately recommended extra work so be mindful if you go and she recommends a lot of work done.
