  worst emergency room ever my father is there as we speak and he has gotten the worst service ever. He had sit in the waiting room for 7 hours after taking his vitals and they still did not give him a room. They put him in a bed in the hallway and made him sit there. He sat there for 12+ hours and still got the worst service while sitting there. Staff aren’t urgent at all and will promise to do things for you and forget about you. This is suppose to be “one of the best er in america” and it’s the complete opposite this has to be the lowest hospital experience i’ve seen if 0 stars were a thing they would get it

  By far the worst experience I've EVER had in EMERGENCY. You have to know a person's experience has to be either really good or really bad to leave a review. I came here early this morning 4/28/2026 (in between the hours of 1-3am) in EXTREME pain. The 'OMG' type pain. A male there (African-American *light side but still Brown*), had on all black scrubs going around doing intake on the wheels. VERY RUDE!!!!!! Majority of people in the world never wants to visit hospitals... So they don't just show up for fun!! People are truly in pain and the world right now is LACKING compassionate people to be in these positions. The way he was so rude and aggressive in getting my information while I'm over here fighting for my life, is unacceptable!!! Needless to mention nothing been done to at least alleviate the pain... So, you'd rather have people in pain and get information?? Than to at least treat them and come in and get their information??? Make it make sense!! The staff behind the desk was horrible too. Whatever happened to random checkups to make sure people in these positions are treating others with integrity??

  The wait time is excessively long. I came with my wife for a sever headache four hours ago and they still haven’t seen her or done any intervention. She’s getting worse but the medical team is showing no expediency. This’s the worse emergency medicine experience I’ve ever had.

  I have never been in a hospital were they don’t give u a menu to chose your own food, wait 40min- Hour to get medicine or anything. This is the worst hospital that I have ever been too and definitely will never be coming back once iam released. Not one day was I even asked did I want to be washed or need help washing, I asked for towel, wash cloth soap and water. Guess if i did I would never been washed up either. PG will all be PG no matter what😡
