  Do not see PA Sharma. I understand providers are busy and I am in no way a needy patient. However I was seen on May 28th , was told to do some homework and call her back with info which I did the same day. I have not gotten a response back from her since then. It is now 6/23. I have called multiple times and have spoken to everyone except her smh. I have moved from my old provider but I will be willing to travel a hour just for good provider!!!

  Dr. Timothy Joseph has earned my respect, confidence and trust since my daughter and myself have been seeing him as our primary care physician. Dr. Joseph is highly recommended and he never makes you wait very long to see you. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent and we only have wonderful comments to say about him to anyone in need of a new physician.

  Had my first appointment at the La Plata office today with Dr. Joseph and I have to say it was a great experience for me personally. I am always nervous when meeting a new provider, but all of the staff were welcoming and professional, and Dr. Joseph was very kind and informative when explaining what I needed to do to improve my health. I was fully prepared to be lectured about my general health which I would deserve lol, but that was not the approach he took and I am appreciative of that.

  Don't expect quality healthcare at this facility. Patient care is not good, your just a number to get you in and out. Had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. There is minimal doctor communications with patient on health condition, just gives a prescription without details on the benefit of medications, without helpful information of how to improve your health or condition. Prescriptions do not always get called in timely, when you call CRMG to state the prescription has not been called in -- it still doesn't get called in. Additionally, they put you on hold when you call and don't come back to take your call. The back and forth inconvenience of getting a prescription called in is a real nuisance, it is better to just leave the office with a paper prescription to avoid the inconvenience. It's just real work for the patient who comes to this office when it doesn't have to be. I have lived in area where there is quality healthcare services so I surely know the difference and this is definitely not it. And lastly, the staff is very nonchalent on patient inquiries (like it's a bother to them), and depending on who you are speaking with - they can be very rude. Bottom line -- if you are looking for a quality medical facility to serve your [important] healthcare needs - continue your search because you will not find it at CRMG Primary Care! They really need to step up their game on QUALITY patient care and services.
