Pamela and the staff are wonderful, kind and caring! I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Fredericksburg, Va location so I called the La Plata location to bring my hearing aid in because there was a lot of static ( Fredericksburg locations solution was to send it back out for repairs…again). Pamela took the time to see if she could figure it out and she did! She replaced the receiver and it worked perfectly! This is my new go to location. It’s a little further drive for me but it’s well worth it! Great customer service!
