  Came to ER with my son foe constant stomach pains at 1pm, waited till 7:30pm to see a doctor all for them to tell me that they don't have any open bed. The worst ER ever.

  The receptionist was great, the triage nurse was ok and the phlebotomist was a gem.My issue began when they didn’t have any beds so they put me in the hallway. There was a couple who came in behind me. I guess because they had a baby and everyone loved the baby they got a room and privacy. Meanwhile a nurse wanted to start talking to me about bleeding in the middle of the hallway. I said no I wasn’t talking about my medical issues in an hallway and all of a sudden they found a room. Then I was taken to a waiting room mind you I am bleeding. I sat in that waiting room from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm. When being discharged the dr left the door open while letting everyone hear I am having a miscarriage. This hospital is trash. And the fact that there is no privacy for patients during illness is insane. Even if I wanted to cry yell shout something there was no privacy at all. I won’t be returning I’d rather take the trip to D.C.

  Very disappointed in my care , i am in excruciating pain and the doctors would not help me get out of pain at all . They discharged me while I was still severe pain . Would not recommend this place for treatment.

  I was worried to come here because of the low star ranking, but this facility is 5 stars all the way! Every interaction was met with extensive medical knowledge and compassion. Really made me feel at ease and were thorough with tests, diagnosis and treatment plan. Hopefully you never have to come here, but if you do, you’re in great hands.

  If you can hold off until you see your primary or another hospital please do…You will get Rushed care. Still left in pain. Seen the pregnant doctor with no bedside mannerism run down what may be the cause of my pain…Then didn’t see her at all, no one asked if I was still in pain or if I even felt better before the released me. I basically could’ve taken care of myself if I could call and get the meds I needed but I needed to come in…waste of time and money. What I think is if they feel you don’t have insurance they rush you, but I did, just didn’t have my card and I can totally see the difference in treatment.
