I went here for physical therapy after my labrum repair with Dr. Meredith in 2023. I *loved* Alisa, she's the best! However, during my last appointment (in 2023), I was seen by a travel physical therapist. After I shut down his inquiries about my marriage and whether or not my husband and I were still together, and if I STILL LOVED HIM, he then told me my physical therapy was taking too long and that other people needed my spot more than me (don't know the therapists name- I'm sure I could call for my records and find out). It should be noted that I had never seen this man before that appointment, as I ususally saw Alisa, and he knew nothing about me or my progress. So, I never went back, even though my therapy wasn't actually complete. It's now 2026, and I'm just now leaving this review because I'm going through the same process due to retearing my labrum (I was a frequent gym goer before surgery and have not been to the gym since due to this fear, and it happened anyway). I do believe I will be going through a completely different hospital for this process because there is zero reason I should be going through this again. If I had completed therapy with the actual weights I needed to live my daily life, I feel like this retear wouldn't have happened. So, to summarize, you will get hit on, and then you'll get kicked out for turning them down. I'm sure this could have been a lawsuit honestly; luckily I'm only leaving this review.

Update: They tried to tell me they didn’t have an available room. There have been a grand total of 5 patients in and out of the building. So I know that was a lie. The person seeing me is also not seeing me for both issues I called about. I’ve now been here for a hour and a half over arrival. Making Care inaccessible for working class people. 1. You are a multibillion dollar medical system. Asking people to bring their own masks is perpetuating classism and putting profit before patients. 2. Respect patients time. I arrived fifteen minutes early and am still in the waiting room 40 minutes later. I had to arrange childcare. Which was difficult. It’s classist and makes getting care a barrier for low income folks who cannot afford childcare and you’ve already added an extra hour to what I will have to pay. I am fortunate but others are not. 3. Provide a hook for purses and paper towels in your restroom- your Dyson brand dryer does not work appropriately. My son goes to Nemours for Ortho and we never have these very ridiculous issues. This is a fancy facility in a very fancy and overpriced area. Spend less money on garbage like Dyson brand products and more on the people you service.
