- JKJOHN Kuykendall6 days ago5.0Abby the stare manager is very kind and helpful. she not only walked me step by step through picking out my glasses, but she also gave real life scenarios to help me make an informed decision. I have always had a problem with my glasses fitting right, she took time out of her busy day to help me find the right fitting frame. No one has ever taken the time and care she did. My glasses not only fit, but they also do not fall down anymore. I will definitely come back here when I need new glasses. 10/10 recommend the staff here.

I called back to ask for a signed version again since I could not get my glasses without doctor's signature...... customer service rep said my request makes no sense because she definitely gave me a signed copy. went back and forth over the phone which was ridiculous because she just refused to believe me..... I said "ok well i'm coming over there in person to show you that the copy you gave me has NO signature"..... she looked at my proof, did not say a word to me, handed me the copy with a signature and that's it. found her to be rude for a customer service rep and the fact she did not even say anything to me when she was proven wrong...... just sad and poor quality service
