  This was my very first visit to Smithfield Dental after moving to Falling Waters, West Virginia from Rhode Island. What a Great first impression it was! From the Front reception staff members to the Dental Hygienist (Kristen) and my first consultation with Dr. Ira Reiz! My Cleaning was Fantastic and my teeth have Never looked this Good after a cleaning. Then Dr. Reiz went over the next steps to Finish my Dental Implant in which was started and near completion while I resided in Rhode Island. I can’t say enough good things about this Dental practice👍 So Happy that I chose this Dental Office for all of my future Dental work.

  I just called on behalf of my daughter who is 19 now and she has not been taking care of her teeth and now in severe pain from a tooth and they said they were not accepting new patients even though I just heard their ad on the radio saying they were. I told the lady who answered the phone that my daughter is in severe pain and she said she could not get her in until the end of April, so I am not impressed. It tells me they don't seem to care about patient care.

  I approached Dr. Reiz with the strange request for composite lengthening on top of my canine teeth. He was supportive of the idea and willing to do them for me at an affordable price. Smithfield is my family dentist and always professional and kind, but Dr. Reiz and his team went above and beyond for my cosmetic adjustment. Not only that, when I chipped a fang in my sleep during the night, they were quick to accommodate me. Dr. Reiz told me he stands by his work and kindly fixed the fang for me the day of with no issue. They look great and I could not be more happy with my experience. I love my new smile! I will be recommending Smithfield to my friends and those interested in fangs of their own! Thanks Dr. Reiz and team!

  They are absolutely wonderful! They make me feel like a person rather than a number. They also LISTEN and don't force treatments that you do not want. I do not have insurance and even as a self-pay I find them more affordable than a lot of other places. My husband and I will continue to go here.

  I had a weird experience here. I went in for my first visit expecting it to be one visit and done like every other dentist I have ever been to. I saw the dentist, but apparently there were no hygienists, so they couldn't clean my teeth. They scheduled me another visit a week later. I went to that one and got my teeth cleaned but the dentist said I had cracked fillings so they scheduled me another visit. This seemed weird to me, I think other than a cavity or two when I was a kid, this was the first time the dentist had ever said I had anything wrong with my teeth. When I went to that visit the dentist fixed my fillings, but said there was a cavity that needed filled, so they scheduled yet another visit a week later. After that I didn't trust them and cancelled the visit. It is now over a year later, I just went to a new dentist. I had no cavities and nothing wrong with my teeth.
