  I went to Miracle Ear in Hagerstown to have my hearing checked I was having some ringing in my ears and some hearing loss. All was well with my ears, but the staff Kelly and Angie were amazing ! Knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable about worrying about nothing. When I do need those hearing aids I know where I will be going !!!

  I was so excited when I finally was able to to get hearing aids . I’ve searched for years and had several negative experiences. But the staff at miracle ear finally helped me to understand and feel confident in purchasing a set for my hearing loss . Both Kelly the receptionist and Wasyl the technician made me feel less afraid in this life changing experience. Wasyl explained every step and was so thorough in helping me to understand how the functions of hearing and hearing aids work together. Both Wasyl and Kelly were so patient and gracious in helping me to understand the whole process. And both went above and beyond my expectations . I’ve had my hearing aids for almost two years now and I’m so grateful in the staff and the service I received. And they continue to be there for me with any questions or help I may need . .Thank you so much Miracle Ear and staff 😊.

  Wasyl has been great to work with. He understands the concerns I’ve had adjusting to my new hearing aids, and has been helpful with changing settings, making the transition smoother from moderate hearing loss to total hearing.
