- SWSonya WolfordMay 8, 20262.0I have been trying to have a prescription transferred to Martin's pharmacy from CVS for DAYS. I was told that they were trying to contact CVS but couldn't get an answer. I called CVS and they said that is just simply impossible. If they would just leave a quick message they would surely return the phone call within the hour. I also tried having my doctor call in new prescription to Martin's. She said that she tried three different times and Martin's still wasn't receiving the prescription order. I REALLY didn't want to leave CVS but I don't have a car and Martin's is just a 10 minute walk from where I live. I ended up hanging out at Martin's pharmacy for a little over an hour trying to get this straightened out. They might have had 2 or 3 other customers picking up prescriptions. And I didn't see the pharmacist move from her seat one time. The other gentleman seemed to be "touched" and I am not sure that working at a pharmacy is a good fit for him. Martin's, do better please.
